Bioinformatics Infrastructure
Facility (BIF), Department of Life Sciences, Manipur University,
Canchipur, Manipur, funded by Department of Biotechnology,
Government of India is located in the premises of newly
constructed Life Sciences Block– II at the Room No.
307, 2nd Floor. A number of national trainings and workshops
have been conducted by the centre since 1st June 2010. The
centre is a part of the Biotechnology Information System
National Bioinformatics Network (BTISNet) too.
